Prior to founding Stephano Slack, Michael J. Stephano was a partner at a regional accounting firm. Before that, Stephano logged more than 15 years of service as a leading certified public accountant focused on accounting and auditing services.

Today, Michael is one of the main catalysts for Stephano Slack continued success. Managing an array of privately held companies in the areas of manufacturing, wholesale distribution, the automotive industry, contracting, real estate development, education, retirement plans, and financial services organizations, he is responsible for ensuring the quality of the firm's financial reports and administrating the firm's audits.

Michael believes that listening and constant communication are the basis of a good business relationship and the ultimate beginning of every successful venture. Tremendously respected in the field, Michael has regularly presented seminars on various accounting and industry topics for many professional and trade organizations.

Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University and is a member of both the Pennsylvania and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
