Michael J. Kerwin, CPA, MST, Manager

Michael J. Kerwin is a senior accountant in the tax department for Stephano Slack.

Prior to joining Stephano Slack, Michael was an Assistant Controller for a regional steel-fabricating contractor. There he was responsible for managing the accounts receivable and payable as well as overseeing payroll taxes, forecasting project budgets, and analyzing work-in-process costs. Michael was also responsible for information technology, implementing networking systems, and maintaining software. In this capacity, Michael received his computer-networking diploma with highest distinction.

Michael's industry experience includes manufacturing, construction, wholesale distribution, broker dealers, and a variety of commercial service organizations.

Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Shippensburg University and a Master of Taxation at Villanova University. Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
